What is your ONE THING? This book by Gary Keller really changed my life by causing me to evaluate and become aware of what I’m spending my attention and time on every day, and what the consequences of those activities are.


For me, when I get up on time to move my body and take time to pray and reflect before 7:30AM I am a significantly better and more effective servant and leader of others. I am a more loving husband, a more patient father, a more engaged friend, do better work, and I’m just happier and more enjoyable to be around. Life is better than when I don’t.


This [wake up to move and pray] is my ONE THING. It makes everything else in my life easier or unnecessary.
